After long experience of working on public relations projects, as well as several years spent in both Milan and London, Nicoletta Rusconi opted definitively to work in Milan in 2003 and founded Fotografia Italiana. Her objective was to open an exhibition space as part of a wider project designed to launch and confirm Italian photographers on the national and international scene, as well as staging shows intended to stimulate critical reflection.
Today Nicoletta Rusconi is setting herself new goals by expanding the range of the gallery’s activities to different areas of contemporary art. Recently Fotografia Italiana arte contemporanea has turned over a new leaf and changes its name to Galleria Nicoletta Rusconi.
